      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect, interview, and approve new agency appointments to expand distribution
      - Manage agents through in-person, virtual, phone, and email communication to enhance performance
      - Develop and implement growth plans in collaboration with leadership and product teams
      - Conduct training for agency staff on products, services, and strategies
      - Monitor agent performance and provide coaching or disciplinary action as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to perform essential functions including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
      - Strong communication skills, both in person and via phone
      - Ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts
      - Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
      - Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
      - Prior experience driving sales results
      - Familiarity with multiple lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
