      About the Israeli-American Council:

      The IAC’s mission is to build an engaged and united Israeli-American community that strengthens the Israeli and Jewish identity of our next generation, the American Jewish community and the bond between the peoples of the United States and the State of Israel.

      About the World Zionist Congress voter Coordinator role:

      The World Zionist Congress (WZC) Voter Coordinator is responsible for leading and overseeing voter engagement efforts for the WZC elections. This role requires strategic planning, community outreach, and mobilization to maximize voter participation. The Voter Coordinator will supervise a team, coordinate partnerships, and implement high-impact campaigns to ensure broad community involvement in the election process. The IAC (WZC) Voter Coordinator reports to the IAC Las Vegas Regional Director.

      Duties include and are not limited to:

      · Strategic Planning & Execution

      • Develop and implement a comprehensive voter engagement strategy for the WZC elections.
      • Set goals and track progress to maximize voter registration and turnout.
      • Analyze voter trends and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.

      · Team Leadership & Supervision

      • Recruit, train, and manage a team of voter coordinators and volunteers.
      • Provide guidance and support to ensure the success of grassroots outreach efforts.
      • Monitor team performance and adjust tactics as needed to meet voter engagement targets.

      · Community Engagement & Outreach

      • Build relationships with key community leaders, organizations, synagogues, and advocacy groups to promote voter participation.
      • Organize and lead outreach initiatives, including events, town halls, and informational sessions.
      • Act as a spokesperson and representative for WZC voter engagement efforts.

      · Marketing & Communications

      • Oversee the development of digital and print marketing materials, social media campaigns, and email outreach.
      • Collaborate with content creators and designers to craft effective messaging.
      • Utilize data analytics to measure engagement and optimize outreach efforts.

      Partnership & Stakeholder Collaboration

      • Work closely with national and local Zionist organizations to align efforts and share resources.
      • Develop partnerships to enhance outreach efforts and expand the reach of voter mobilization campaigns.
      • Represent the organization in coalition meetings and advocacy efforts.

      Data Management & Reporting

      • Maintain accurate records of voter outreach activities and engagement metrics.
      • Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and impact.
      • Utilize CRM and data analytics tools to track voter engagement trends.


      Skills/Qualifications:

      • Deep understanding of Zionism, Jewish community engagement, and electoral processes.
      • Proven experience in voter engagement, advocacy, or community organizing.
      • Strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.
      • Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building abilities.
      • Experience managing teams and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
      • P roficiency in digital marketing, social media, and grassroots organizing techniques.
      • Bilingual in Hebrew and English (preferred but not required).

      Additional Information:

      • This position may require evening and weekend work to attend community events.
      • Travel within the community may be necessary.
