IAM Project Management Specialist (Ref:107)Managing enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation and migration projects impacting several domains and applications across the organization; Managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Engagement, Intake, and Integration of various IAM services including Central Authentication, Identity Management, Access Provisioning and Governance projects; Creating, reviewing, validating the Program Delivery Plans, Charters, Communication plans, Project plans, Work Breakdown Structure, Change Requests, Resource, Funding and Project Estimations; Communicating the Status Reports and roadblocks of high visibility projects to Executive Management; Analysis of project/program risks and communicating them to leadership, ensure understanding of these risks and help in the development of risk assessment, mitigation plan; Reviewing, validating Feasibility Analysis, Risk Analysis and Gap Analysis to ensure all the project requirements are met without any time, cost, and scope creep; Identifying, reviewing, and working with vendors or consultants to meet project needs; Preparing and managing budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports; Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Controlling and Closure of Information Security Projects.Tools: Java, Ping Security Suite, Service Now, MS Project, Scaled Agile methodologiesMinimum Education: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum Experience: Two (2) years.Position requires two (2) years of experience, which must include two (2) years of experience in: Java, Ping Security Suite, Service Now, MS Project, Scaled Agile methodologies.
