      The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides secure, coordinated, efficient, enterprise-wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of P&G information assets and ensure IT access is aligned with business needs. The IAM SAP Security Tier 3 Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of SAP Security Services. This role is also responsible for implementing ITIL-based operational processes for SAP Security either in a critical issue capacity or through managing the activities of Tier 2 Analysts, to whom incidents, requests, or problems are assigned for solving and resolution.

      • Leading role in the development, documentation, and maintenance of SAP Security procedures, knowledgebase pages, guidelines, and corresponding training materials.
      • Collaborate in building and improving SAP Security and GRC solutions, ensuring compliance with P&G policies.
      • Provide sophisticated technical support and expertise for SAP-based solutions, resolving sophisticated issues and driving system improvements.
      • Contribute with specialized SAP and security expertise to projects, offering valuable insights and promoting market-leading security practices.
      • Support internal and external audits, ensuring consistency to security and compliance standards.
      • Collaborate with the Service Delivery team by providing crucial input and requirements to improve service quality and efficiency.
      • Contribute to the definition of SAP Security Services service levels, KPIs, and metrics as co-lead by the IAM E-IMEA Operations Manager and IAM Service Delivery.

      Job Qualifications

      • Expertise in ITIL-based operations, including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management Processes.
      • Proficiency in leading 3rd party resources and Tier 2 operations specialists, encouraging collaborative relationships, and supervising outsourced services effectively.
      • Capability to lead outage response teams and support the restoration of service after interruption.
      • Ability to drive ground-breaking changes and implement improvements across our IT operations.
      • Ability to work with a geographically distributed team, promoting effective communication, coordination, and collaboration.
      • Ability to apply analytical skills to drive insights from operational data, driving informed decision-making and further improve existing processes.
      • Expertise related to SAP Security area:
      • Hands-on experience with various SAP security models such as ECC, BW, Portal / JAVA Authorizations or S/4 HANA, including ability to build and maintain SAP authorizations for them and run SAP Users.
      • Experience with SAP-based technologies such as: Centralized User Administration, Single Sign On, Firefighter solution etc.
      • Experience with GRC Access Control, knowledge on Risk Management or Process Control
      • Profound understanding of key security concepts such as Segregation of Duties (SoD), Critical Abilities, extreme access, and other relevant security-related principles.
      • Basic knowledge of available SAP modules (SD, PM, MM, PP, PS, FI, CO) and SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tables.
      • A genuine passion for the field of SAP, SAP Security, and Information Security in general, demonstrated by passion for continuous learning, innovating, and staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in the industry.
      • Prior experience with IT service management tools, such as Service Now would be a strong asset.
      • A STEM degree with an emphasis on cybersecurity courses from a fully accredited college or university is preferred and SAP Security Services operations or engineering experience requirements are as follows: BS/BE - 5+ years; MS/ME - 2+ years; No STEM degree - 7+ years.
