What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect and deploy the employer's Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements
- Design, implement, and integrate the solution with critical applications and infrastructure
- Coordinate with customers to gather requirements and provide weekly status updates
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to mid-level and junior consultants
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in identity management and governance solutions
- Strong knowledge of User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Access Certification
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Excellent technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of security/authorization models of popular enterprise and SaaS applications like SAP and Salesforce
- Familiarity with industry-standard protocols such as SAML and OpenID
- Experience with RFP responses and proposals
