Job Description
· Collaborate with administrators, campus IB Coordinators, and staff to increase student achievement through coaching, Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), targeted professional development, master scheduling, and classroom observations to ensure the implementation of IB best practices.
· Establish district and campus systems and reports related to professional learning, curriculum alignment, instructional resources, and DP exams.
· Develop and provide presentations to district, campus, and community stakeholders.
· Provide data driven instruction using research-based intervention methods.
· Ensure compliance with TEA, state, federal, and school board policies, laws, and IB programme standards and practices while serving as a liaison between various departments, providing cross-functional leadership and technical assistance.
· Support Centralized Enrollment and campus staff with IB lottery requirements.
· Other duties as assigned
Salary commensurate with education and experience
Selected individuals for Dallas Independent School District positions will be placed according to compensation guidelines. A campus-based employee may not assume a new position for which he/she was selected based upon the posting process until the end of the current semester, unless approved by the chief officer – Human Capital Management.

· Required Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; Master's degree preferred
· Valid Texas Teacher certificate preferred
· Required 3-5 years of experience of teaching or coordination on an International Baccalaureate program
· Understanding of IB principles, standards, and practices, including curriculum development, assessment, implementation, and alignment with TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills)
· Experience leading and/or collaborating with various stakeholders, such as administrators, teachers, students, and/or community members
· Coordinate and deliver professional development
· Strong organization, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Proficient in computer skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
