Job Description
- Req#: 25-60542
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and enhancements within IBM Sterling OMS.
- Develop integrations between Sterling OMS and other enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce platforms, etc.) using web services, APIs, and middleware.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues in Sterling OMS environment.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Sterling OMS customizations, processes, and integrations.
- Optimize OMS performance and provide support during production incidents.
- Stay updated on Sterling OMS upgrades, patches, and new features, and recommend implementation plans.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end-users as needed.
Job Summary:
