Good hands-on experience on ITM 6.3 implementation and administration · Good hands-on experience on Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus 8.1 implementation and administration · Basic knowledge of Windows and Unix servers · Good communication skill
Good to have :-
Knowledge of Shell scripting · Knowledge of Java scripting · ITIL Practice Knowledge
