      Our team in Tepotzotlan, MEX is looking for an ICQA (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance) Area Manager Jr. to supervise safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of our department.
      This entry-level role will work closely with Area Managers, process owners and business leaders to balance workload ensuring that the organization is operating on balanced and efficient shift while meeting all of your goals. The selected candidate will also support compliance guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for all associates, as well as to proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives.

      Key job responsibilities
      Job responsibilities are, but not limited to:


      Measurement of quality and inventory transaction integrity accuracy while providing feedback to the operation.

      Develop & execute daily, weekly & monthly action plans that increase quality, inventory accuracy & service.

      Plan for & identify root causes of inventory deviations through cause & effect analysis.

      Supervise a team of 20-30 hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within the fulfillment center

      Analysis of data trends to detect areas of improvement and define action plans to meet KPIs.

      We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

      Tepotzotlan, MEX1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
      High school or equivalent
      Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
      1+ year(s) of experience in manufacturing, production and/or distribution centers [OR] university level internship/professional practice in those fields.
      Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access or SQL.-Bachelors Degree
      -English Intermediate-Advance
      Experience in warehouse operations leading teams of at least 20 individuals in training, coaching and staff development.
      Experience working in Inventory Control, Quality and/or Analysis.
      ICQA (Inventory Control & Quality Assurance) experience related to inventory discrepancy investigations and processes.
      Proficiency in data base engines such as SQL or Power BI.
      Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
      Programming skills (Visual Basic or related).
