What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain effective communication with providers and networks to ensure understanding of policies and contractual requirements
- Educate network physicians, practice managers, and staff on programs and policy enhancements
- Identify development opportunities and monitoring activities to support population management
- Support data analytics and reporting for quality improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve program effectiveness and health system performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of experience in quality improvement, population health management, or a related field
- LPN/RN preferred, but not required upon hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Managed care or provider experience
- Knowledge of clinical guidelines and recommendations
