  The Role

  As a IDAM Solutions Architect, you will be providing expertise in JML processes and IDAM, ensuring best practices are followed and maintained. You will also conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing JML processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  Key responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in JML processes and IDAM, ensuring best practices are followed and maintained.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing JML processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate and drive Business requirements sessions with wider stakeholders
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and document detailed Business Requirement documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and user guides.
  • Create epics, features, and user stories using agile methodologies to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Design and implement business process maps and flow diagrams to visualize and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and objectives.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

  Your Profile

  Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Strong experience in business process consultancy or technical business analysis, with a focus on JML processes and IDAM.
  • Experience with cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and standards.

  • Hands-on experience with various documentation and visualization tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Documentation Skills: Exceptional ability to create detailed and precise documentation, including epics, features, user stories, and process maps.
  • Agile Expertise: Proven experience working in agile environments and methodologies.
  • Process Analysis: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes
