What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the timely completion of project deliverables and maintain communication among program staff, clients, and partner organizations
- Develop resources and provide professional learning for professionals working with migratory children and youth
- Serve as a thought partner and expert in MEP Identification and Recruitment (I&R), offering guidance and insight to clients
- Deliver training to MEP professionals on I&R requirements and facilitate continuous improvement planning
- Serve as Tier II support for the Migrant Student Information Network (MSIN) and provide assistance with I&R components

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience working within a local, state, or national MEP capacity
- Deep knowledge of MEP policies and effective implementation of MEP services
- Experience developing and delivering training content for adult learners on MEP-related topics
- Excellent communication skills, including superior writing and facilitation skills
- Established networks in the field and willingness to cultivate relationships on behalf of the employer

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish-English bilingual proficiency
- Familiarity with the use of migratory student databases or information systems
- Advanced familiarity and proficiency with technology and collaboration platforms
- Experience with proposal development and leveraging professional networks
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work with online learning technology
