Under direct supervision, this position will be responsible for the day to day functions within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, handling complex provisioning, troubleshooting challenges, and implementing IAM process/procedure improvements via task automation, system integration, and process improvement. All functions have the ultimate goal of ensuring appropriate access to Essentia Health systems and information.
Preferred work experience:
• Experience with Epic Security and Master File.
• Experience with LDAP and identity federation.
• Experience with scripting languages. (Powershell, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise identity directories. (LDAP, Active Directory, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise identity management systems. (Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, SailPoint, etc.)
• Experience with relational databases. (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise human resource systems. (Workday, Infor, etc.)
• Experience integrating with health system applications. (Epic, Cerner, Morrissey, etc.)
• Experience building a single identity ecosystem.
• Experience setting up and installing software on Windows platforms.Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in an information technology field.

Associate's degree in an information technology field related to the position and two years or more of direct experience to the position.Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
