      Overview

      The IAM Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding enterprise systems and data by ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access to digital resources. This role supports the implementation, administration, and optimization of identity governance, authentication, and privileged access management (PAM) solutions across the organization.

      Responsibilities

      • Administer user identities and access rights across systems using tools like Entra ID (Azure AD), NetIQ, and other platforms.
      • Automate and manage onboarding/offboarding workflows, ensuring timely and accurate access assignments.
      • Support Privileged Access Management strategies to secure elevated access, monitor usage, and enforce least privilege principles.
      • Participate in access reviews, internal audits, and regulatory compliance efforts (e.g., HIPAA, SOX).
      • Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents, including access anomalies and policy violations.
      • Maintain IAM documentation and provide training to end users and stakeholders on access protocols.
      • Partner with application owners, IT, and security teams to ensure proper access controls and compliance alignment.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related experience.
      • 1–2 years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or IT operations.
      • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (e.g.,Entra ID, NetIQ, BeyondTrust).
      • Familiarity with identity governance, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust frameworks.
      • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
      • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments a plus
      • Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and integration with IAM tools.
      • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, HR, and compliance teams.
