Ensure technology solutions are consistent with Deluxe policies, standards, specifications and enterprise architecture requirements
Collaborate with architects and engineering leaders from other teams
Serve as an IAM expert within Deluxe
Formulate and maintain IAM architectural roadmap supporting Deluxe’s business strategy
Formulate, recommend and guide implementation of IAM solutions
Nurture skill development for IAM Engineering team through standardization and occasional delivery of training and mentoring
Lead/perform the design and implementation of technologies that support Enterprise IAM services for Deluxe including Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, CyberArk, and other IAM solutions as assigned.
Liaise with internal customers, partners, auditors, etc to provide guidance on IAM strategy and solutions
Define standard IAM technologies and ensure IAM Engineering team develops skills supporting those technologies
Identify emerging technologies that could provide future value to IAM and Deluxe
Execute proof of concept projects testing new technology solutions in IAM scope
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field
5 years of experience with identity and access management technologies
7 years of experience with identity and access management technologies
Strong knowledge of modern identity and access management technologies such as Active Directory, IBM ISIM or similar system (Oracle, Sailpoint, RSA Aveksa, Savyint, etc), LDAP, Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, Thycotic), Multi-factor authentication (Entrust, Microsoft), etc.
Strong knowledge of endpoint, server and cloud systems and system administration, including Windows, Macs and Linux systems
Knowledge of Cloud application security, including Office 365 security controls
Knowledgeable of other security technologies such as network and, vulnerability assessment (including app/web-layer interrogation), DDOS protection, sandbox technology, Security Information Event Management, etc.
Knowledge of security devices, networks and systems compliant with the requirements of a desired security posture or state
Knowledge of supporting technologies like Websphere, DB2, Java, Javascript, Powershell, or similar
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
IT General Controls methodologies, management and tools
Process control design and testing methods
System configuration and architecture
This position contributes to the Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineering team and is responsible for delivering Information Security services via IAM technologies. This position is accountable for the design, development, configuration, deployment and maintenance of IAM technology.
