      Job characteristics: We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management analyst with softskills to support the client project.

      This position will require the applicant to interact with people in an international and multicultural environment where we are expected to contribute and provide support with the following activities:

      • Provide Level 2 support to our client and 3rd party vendors
      • Address incoming customer requests and incidents, analyze against known issues / solutions
      • Perform advance troubleshooting and information gathering for IAM
      • Act as a liaison to the engineering and R&D Teams to provide resolution to customers
      • Develop and update issue / resolution matrix
      • Develop and update Work Level Instructions to assist in implementation of a new service
      • Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities
      • Manual provisioning of access to a wide catalogue of applications and resources

      This position is intended to be based in Mexico with permanent Home Office.

      Profile: Degree or equivalent experience (5-10 years) in the fields of computer science, information processing and/or Identity access management. 2 to 4 years of recent experience in Identity and Access management operational support Motivated, Self-starter, able to reach goals with little supervision. Thrives collaborating in a team environment. Highly proficient interacting and troubleshooting with customers and VIPs to help resolve technical issues. Enjoys creating and contributing to operational documentation and processes Familiar with on-premises Active directory and Azure Active directory usage. Intermediate experience with Exchange management console and O365. Understanding of hybrid cloud environments. Proven experience implementing and observing POLP in production and test environments. Intermediate AD and Exchange Powershell skills. Familiar or experienced with Single sign On, MFA, Identity Federation and Privileged Access Management. Verifiable experience handling DFS and managing Share folders. Understanding of FTP and SFTP protocols Familiar with text-based operating systems like Mainframe, AS400. Basic understanding of Unix/Linux OS Cross-functional skills, demonstrate troubleshooting skills in complex client environments. You have good interpersonal skills (written and oral) as well as good listening skills. You have the ability to assess processes and articulate gaps. You have an advance level of English in writing, you are able to support a technical discussion in your field. You have experience and soft skills to mentor L1 agents, do not doubt and apply!
