  As member of our Global Corporate Finance Team, you will be working in close collaboration with the consolidation manager and the broader Group Controlling Team.

  You will be interacting with the key members of the Finance community Globally to support the preparation of consolidated Financial Statements on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in accordance with IFRS.

  YOUR TASKS:

  • Support on the preparation of consolidated financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in accordance with IFRS

  • Responsible for solving complex IFRS reporting issues on group level

  • Identify and analyse important changes in IFRS standards and their impact on group’s consolidated financial statements and develop tailored accounting solutions

  • Further development of the group-wide IFRS accounting guidelines, SAP accounting handbook and other relevant reporting guidelines

  • Support and advise in establishing an IFRS-compliant accounting approach groupwide-projects (e.g. M&A transactions) and preparation of PPA (Purchase Price Allocation)

  • Regular communication with all members of financial teams across different regions to ensure consistency of the group accounting policy

  • Support in communication with investors/analysts by preparing financial reports or presentations

  • Cooperating with external financial auditors during the audit of consolidated financial statements

  YOUR PROFILE:

  • Extensive knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)

  • ACCA / PIBR qualification will be an asset

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an audit, reporting or accounting department preferably in a large multinational corporation

  • Business proficiency in English and advanced knowledge of MS Office

  • SAP knowledge and/or experience with consolidation software (ideally HFM) is a +

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and act in a structured way
