- Conduct reliability analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Root Cause Analysis.
- Develop ILS strategies, including maintenance plans, obsolescence management, and technical documentation for training and maintenance.
- Collate logistic information from internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
- Support design reviews and FMEA meetings to ensure ILS principles are considered throughout the development cycle.
- Ensure delivery processes meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Generate technical reports, design documents, and support material for customer reviews and manufacturing Canadian ILS1000D.
- Expertise in reliability engineering
- Proficiency in ILS (Integrated Logistics Support)
- Experience with IS1000D
- Ability to generate technical reports and design documents
- Experience in supporting design reviews
- Experience in maintenance task analysis and level of repair analysis (LORA)
- Ability to develop obsolescence management plans
- Experience in working with both internal and external stakeholders

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ILS Engineer to join our team. This role involves conducting reliability analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Root Cause Analysis.
