1. Designs, maintains and delivers instructor-led training for assigned departments and audiences. 2. Designs, maintains and delivers e-learning lessons, printed materials, videos and other deliverables for assigned departments and audiences. 3. Cross-trains and provides backup instructor coverage for related application training classes. 4. Performs job functions adhering to service principles with customer service focus of innovation, service excellence and teamwork to provide the highest quality care and service to our patients, families, co-workers and others. 5. Responds to ad-hoc requests for Epic training deliverable development. 6. Incorporates adult learning principles and instructional design best practices into training delivery. 7. Contributes to development and maintenance of e-learning scripts and lessons for Epic applications as needed. 8. Coordinates activities of assigned projects or particular phases of a given project. Develops and creates detailed work plans, timelines and other appropriate documentation, identifies appropriate resources needed and provides timely status reports. 9. Completes project scoping, planning and management for Epic training team projects. 10. Serves as an Epic and adult-education subject matter expert to all teams within IM and across the organization. 11. Performs job functions adhering to service principles with customer service focus of innovation, service excellence and teamwork to provide the highest quality care and service to our patients, families, co-workers and others. 12.
