Job Description

- Supporting the team in the management of back office activities concerning the organization of an event (e.g. translations into Italian, archive management and coordination of warehouse movements, requesting and entering POs in the budget; invoice management, support for requests to open supplier master data; definition and management of all contractual aspects inherent to models/designs, coordination with agents/agencies)
- Supporting the coordination of the entire team, ensuring the correct use and punctual updating of work tools (e.g. events calendar, team attendance file, budget balancing, stationery order management, internal graphics archive management, organization of meetings in coordination with reference secretary)

JOB PURPOSE
The candidate will support the Image Events team throughout the planning and the execution process of events while supporting the brand image in the Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelors or Master's degree in management / communication / marketing
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Willingness to work in a team
