Job Description
- Req#: 823235
- CRM system maintenance, including but not limited to master data cleaning, master data uploading, new master data setup.
- Support CRM system to salesforce (give training to salesforce, answering question which related to CRM system and helpdesk) and Roll-out new CRM features as needed by business requirements.
- Escalation of problem/issues of CRM system to related parties (IT, Support Team, Bl Mgr, etc) where required and proactively follow-up and ensure the issues is resolved in reasonable timeframe.
- Monthly generate KRI reports from CRM system as well as ad-hoc analysis from current Bl Tools.
- Develop and lead IMCM platforms and processes whilst driving change of behavior across relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation/roll out of the global IMCM strategic plan on local level by providing expertise and consultancy support cross [1 ]functionally. This includes development and execution of a targeted communication plan to ensure frequent status updates on IMCM workstreams and deliverables with local stakeholders.
- Drive optimal usage of IMCM platforms/processes by championing platform/process governance and KPIs to monitor and track platform utilization through ongoing reporting. Be the expert and go-to person for any digital platform/content /training /change management enquiries.
- Create and execute Change Management and Training Plan to support the roll- out of IMCM capabilities on market-level as well as to secure the organizational buy-in.
- Develop essential IMCM and digital knowledge /skills /capabilities in Bayer effecting change of behavior across relevant stakeholders. Align local capability building with the global/regional IMCM function.
- Manage creative, media and other Content production vendors to develop and deploy integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns according to established best-practice standards.
- Drive the performance of local IMCM brand campaigns by providing business units with guidance on how to develop and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns allowing more impactful, efficient and customer [1]centric activation via the orchestration of media, channels and tactics both online and offline.
- Drive and support highly impactful, integrated initiatives to improve patient outcomes and to accelerate our business growth through digital platform.

- University degree in marketing or comparable education.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in multichannel management within the pharmaceutical industry, CRM systems and Bl Tools e.g. closed-loop Marketing, eDetailing, web/mobile solutions or social media.
- Proven experience in digital platforms, content, training, change management.
- Hands on experience in IMCM process development and execution.
- Digitally savvy person with excellent project management and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior management, diverse cross-functional as well as cross- country teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with proven track record of driving change through data and facts.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire co- workers and internal business partners.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative ideas and creative concepts.
- Being able to work independently with minimal guidance; determine own priorities and monitor resources within own work.
- Experience in training of digital and multi-channel marketing initiatives having lead project teams across functions and without authority.
- Proven ability to think strategically and act operationally.
- Communicate effectively (English and Thai).
