      IMDS Scheduler

      Location: Henderson House, Huntingdon

      Contract: Full Time/Permanent

      Salary: dependent on experience

      Who we are?

      Integrated Metering Developer Services (IMDS) – Part of the Anglian Water network, the IMDS delivers the household and business metering programme which includes installation or new meters, replacement, audits and any trials that may be required. They also lay new or diversion water mains as well as connections to new or existing developments.

      What will you be doing as a Scheduler?

      We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Scheduler to join our busy and energetic IMDS team based in Huntingdon.

      • Planning and scheduling engineers to resolve customer wait mains and sewers issues.

      • Ensure planned and reactive work for our water and water recycling operational sites to meet business performance targets.

      • Prioritise and deploy high priority work to our field-based engineers.

      • Ensure customer promises are met and pro-actively contact customers or 3rd parties to advise of issues as early as possible.

      • Keep databases and systems up-to-date.

      • Participate in project groups to contribute towards continuous improvements to deliver customer satisfaction.

      • Able to communicate at all levels with all stakeholders

      A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours….

      • Ideally educated to A level standard or equivalent

      • Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of working in an operational or operational support environment.

      • Our ideal candidate will have experience in one of the following areas - customer services, operational processes or scheduling.

      • Possess proven customer service skills, excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills in this fast-paced role, along with strong prioritising and decision-making skills.

      • Confidently show initiative working on your own or as part of a team and be highly flexible and organised.

      • You must be highly competent in IT and have good keyboard skills.
