- Work with teammates to implement all the procedures involved in the management of a very large and diversified trading book, with special focus on government bonds.
- In due time progressively evolve into a portfolio manager, helping to define and implement strategies and asset allocation within the fixed income space.
- You will deeply understand markets functioning
- You will obtain a great knowledge of specific financial instruments
- You will learn to use all software used in the market to execute, confirm and clear trades
- Strong academic background.
- In-depth knowledge of macroeconomics, theory of finance and portfolio analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, highly motivated to learn.
- Solid programming skills
- Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets.
- Positive attitude toward teamwork
- Capability to thrive in a challenging environment, remain resilient
- Ability to learn quickly the processes and procedures involved in the daily management of a large and complex portfolio of securities
- Previous experience in asset managers or sell-side is a plus
