The team assists clients across their UK and EMEA immigration work, which is unique within the practice. They operate a fluid model, which means cross collaboration and support across the mini teams within the larger team. The work is unusually varied for corporate immigration, with a large amount of niche private client work being kept on team, as well as compliance work and they are often at the forefront of advising on strategy and completing regional projects that are then replicated by other teams across the practice. They help many young entrepreneurs with fulfilling their potential once investment has been sourced and continue to support in their progression with immigration assistance as start-ups achieve sustained growth, such as Sponsor License applications and other non-sponsored visa alternatives.
As part of the team, you will work with experienced immigration professionals whilst working directly with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners in the UK and beyond.
About the role:
The role is an opportunity to engage predominantly in transactional work, including advising, preparing, submitting, and reviewing visa applications, as well as being expected to advise clients on all aspects of UK immigration, including right to work and compliance. Our clients value partnership and place a real focus on establishing close working relationships where we function as an extension of their team, and there will be opportunities to spend time with clients face-to-face to build and develop their regional EMEA immigration programs. You will assist the day-today UK transactional work for clients and will have the opportunity to assist on several regional client projects across EMEA for the Financial Services clients, namely providing support for the annual Campus Hire programmes across EMEA and acting as a liaison to coordinate and field EMEA immigration queries between the client and country case teams. There are also several client accounts, across different industries and sectors including:

The successful applicant for this role will have corporate UK immigration experience and will likely, though not necessarily, be a UK qualified Solicitor. Experience in advising on corporate immigration matters is essential, with a particular focus on sponsored work visas. You will be proactive and highly organised with a strong client-facing background. Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively as part of the team.
