  We are excited to announce the opening of new office s in Poland, marking an important step in our firm’s strategic expansion across Central and Eastern Europe.

  The role:

  As a Consultant , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services by leveraging your legal expertise to support Fragomen’s clients directly . You will provide practical, hands-on guidance throughout the immigration process— counseling clients, assessing eligibility, and managing the end-to-end preparation and submission of applications to local government authorities. Your work will be essential in enabling foreign employees of our clients to live and work in Poland compliantly.

  In addition to your casework, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of documentation in line with established procedures, while actively collaborating with your team on administrative and organizational tasks.

  Day-to-day coaching and weekly reviews will be provided by Senior Consultants with managers and senior managers overseeing long term performance and training .

  What your day will look like :

  • Support ing exceptional client relationships by delivering professional and efficien t communications

  • Conducting l egal research as required to support complex casework

  • Upload ing and managing document ation with local Immigration Authorities

  • Act ing as a secondary point of contact for clients

  • Provid ing guidance and regular updates to a ssignees regarding their applications

  • Ma naging a caseload in an organise d and efficient manner while adhering to deadlines

  • Participat ing as required in client reviews and meetings

  • P repar ing reports and being involved in presentations and training

  What we are looking for:

  The successful applicant for this role will have Polish Inbound immigration experience , however y ou do not need to be a Polish - qualified lawyer . The ideal candidate will have experience advising on corporate immigration matters and will be proactive and highly organised with a strong client-facing background. Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

  Also required:
