Provide vital support to attorneys and paralegals on legal research projects, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) submissions, responses to USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and detailed report preparation.

Assist with the submission of USCIS Service Requests for petitions that fall outside standard processing timelines.

Support I-9 compliance audits by organizing documentation, printing forms and supporting materials, and maintaining related tracking spreadsheets.

Help coordinate documentation for audits conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice, including printing and file organization.

Use the INSZoom immigration software to send and manage client communications such as questionnaires, receipts, biometrics appointments, interview schedules, and approval notices.

Download and print finalized questionnaires and supporting documents from INSZoom for internal use.

Maintain organized case files and documentation systems to support paralegals in ongoing immigration cases.

Prepare and compile visa and green card petitions, reviewing content for accuracy and completeness before attorney evaluation.

Draft congressional correspondence related to case inquiries.

Generate and print checks for government filing fees as needed for immigration case submissions.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in a legal or administrative support capacity.

Comfortable using essential office hardware such as telephones, scanners, fax machines, printers, and copiers.

Familiarity with case management or time-tracking software.

Proficiency in key administrative tasks including data entry, document formatting, email communication, and spreadsheet management.

Must be skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, with strong attention to detail in clerical work.
