      Talent Immigration Services is responsible for supporting objectives, positions, and requests on behalf of international employees. Objectives may include handling visa requests, consulting with candidates and future employees on visa and immigration processing steps and ensures compliance with HR policies. Partners with Legal Affairs and International Affairs to ensure compliance with federal regulations and represents HR on immigration related strategies. Interprets or provides education on HR immigration policies, procedures, and programs.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Processing of visa-status intake documentation and information requests with university faculty, staff, and candidates

      • Serves as liaison between university departments and the Office of International Affairs and/or Office of Legal Affairs, maintains current knowledge of federal regulations and university HR guidelines affecting scholars and students

      • Advises on complex procedural and status questions for foreign national employees, managers, and talent acquisition team members

      • Consults with HR units for employee and guest onboarding

      Required Education/Experience
      Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

      Desired Education/Experience

      0-2 years of experience in customer service, human resources, legal, visa or I-9 processing
