      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed established territory sales plan and expense plan goals
      - Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians
      - Develop and implement a Territory Business Plan tailored to the assigned territory
      - Communicate effective sales presentations to customers while maintaining compliance with regulations
      - Attend regional and national conferences to enhance industry knowledge and networking

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in Ophthalmology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, or Neurology
      - Alternatively, an Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of experience, or 7+ years of pharmaceutical or industry equivalent experience
      - Current experience within the territory and customer knowledge preferred
      - Experience selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease areas preferred
      - A valid motor vehicle operator's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in a sales role within the pharmaceutical industry
      - Demonstrated success in building new business and expanding customer relationships
      - Strong clinical and disease state knowledge
      - Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals and rare diseases
      - Proven ability to develop strategic business plans
