      Description

      The role of On-Site Supervisor is a part time position within the I.M.P. marketing department. The On-Site Supervisor in responsible for implementing and supervising the use of promotional materials(i.e., posters, flyers, etc.) at events hosted by I.M.P. and its partners.

      • Organize and prepare promotional materials for events hosted by I.M.P. and its partners
      • Transport materials to and from events
      • Train and supervise marketing interns in their interaction with patrons
      • Ensure the safety and quality of both the promotional materials and the marketing interns while working on-site at events
      • Gauge and report the result of each event/show, relevant marketing information, and patrons' overall reactions via the "post show report"
      • Provide photos of events for social media
      • Remain on-call for the delivery of miscellaneous materials to events, such as 9:30 Cupcakes

      Qualifications
