What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase of their CMMS journey
- Enable clients to maximize technology use and ensure successful software adoption
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and configure the CMMS to meet their needs
- Develop and deliver customized training programs and materials for clients
- Manage project scope, quality, and timeline while recording project progress and insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Legal authorization to work in Canada; employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships
- Experience in a software implementation role is advantageous
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation
- 5+ years of experience with SaaS or CMMS software
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Prior experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry
- Experience in project management and developing work breakdown structures
