      As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in implementing our software solutions and ensuring smooth integration into their existing systems. Your role will encompass various tasks such as implementation, data uploading, business process design, lease subject matter expertise, writing business specifications for product changes, software user training, second-line support, data services and auditing, and when required lease administration.

      Responsibilities:

      • Implementation:
        • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the software accordingly.
        • Lead the implementation process, ensuring timely completion and successful deployment.
      • Data Uploading:
        • Assist clients in uploading their data into the software system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
        • Troubleshoot any data-related issues and provide necessary guidance.
      • Business Process Design:
        • Analyze client's existing business processes and recommend improvements or modifications to align them with the software capabilities.
        • Design and document optimized business processes.
      • Lease Subject Matter Expert:
        • Serve as a subject matter expert in lease administration, possessing in-depth knowledge of leasing practices, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
        • Advise clients on best practices and compliance requirements.
      • Writing Business Specifications:
        • Collaborate with clients to gather and document their requirements for software changes or enhancements.
        • Translate these requirements into clear and detailed business specifications for development teams.
      • Software User Training:
        • Conduct training sessions for clients' staff to ensure they can effectively utilize the software.
        • Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support the training process.
      • 2nd Line Support:
        • Provide second-line technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
        • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and track their resolution.
      • Data Services and Auditing:
        • Perform data services such as data cleansing, data migration, and data integration to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client data.
        • Conduct regular audits to identify data discrepancies and anomalies.
      • Lease Administration:
        • Assist clients in lease administration tasks when requested, including lease abstraction, document management, lease database maintenance, and compliance monitoring.

      Job Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in software implementation with some project management.
      • Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with software solutions.
      • Expertise in lease administration and knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Prior experience in providing user training and technical support.
      • Proficiency in data services and auditing techniques.
      • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
