What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with talent acquisition teams and leaders throughout the selection process
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for various positions
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to the hiring process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment
- Previous experience in a healthcare services environment
