What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead successful new business implementations and provide ongoing support for optimal adoption
- Support optimization efforts for existing clients to improve performance
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and status updates for stakeholders
- Travel to client sites for onboarding meetings and workflow training
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations to identify opportunities and address issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management solutions and workflows
- Experience in RCM management, consulting, or implementation
- Technical knowledge of Oracle Health Millennium and/or Oracle Health Patient Accounting Platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, analysis, and presentations
- Willingness to travel domestically, up to 25%

- Previous experience in a senior revenue cycle management role
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and improvement strategies
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
