What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, and direct the completion of projects in a timely manner
- Identify customer goals and conduct research to provide tailored recommendations
- Build comprehensive news searches for customers using Boolean logic
- Organize and lead phone and web conference calls for training and strategic guidance
- Manage internal communication on project progress and maintain thorough documentation in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in managing customer relationships at a SaaS company
- Excellent customer-facing communication and project management skills
- Strong understanding of customer success management and retention in a B2B SaaS environment
- Previous experience and/or knowledge of Boolean search logic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PR, marketing, or social media management technologies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry best practices in customer service and project management
