What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop project plans and track milestones and deliverables with client stakeholders and internal team members
- Manage project budget and resources, identifying and mitigating risks
- Collaborate with professional services, sales, and product teams to produce estimates for resources, time, and budget
- Support project process through planning, development, testing, and delivery phases
- Participate in requirements, design, demo, and training sessions with business stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience managing implementation projects within the Billing ecosystem
- Experience in waterfall, agile, and blended environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with modern project and work management tools such as Jira
