Job Description

- Project manage the implementation of new Virgin Pulse customers and/or adding of expanded purchased services
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all operational aspects of all Virgin Pulse solutions.
- Maintain overall implementation project ownership and drives the coordination of activities and deliverables among all internal Virgin Pulse departments
- Deliver the highest level of client satisfaction to ensure a successful launch
- Manage the operational and tactical activities of supporting any 3rd party integrations
- Respond to and resolve client requests and questions during the implementation process
- Solicit client feedback and shares with Product Development for consideration
- Employ Virgin Pulse’s standard project methodology, processes, and procedures
- Project manage platform migrations on as needed basis
- Participate in pre-sales activities to drive new business including RFP completion, prospect sales calls, and in-person finalist meetings on as needed basis
- Provide supplemental operational and tactical support to Account Management and/or Client Delivery teams on as needed basis
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve the scalability of implementation services
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related discipline
- 2 – 3 years of directly related project management or software implementation work experience working on complex projects with large corporate clients
- Previous experience working directly with clients strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working with project management tools preferred (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc..)
- Experience working on either (preferably both) a Software as a Service (SaaS) and wellness / wellbeing / health care environment
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Ability to navigate a dynamic technological environment
- Previous experience managing multiple and changing priorities with a positive attitude
- Ability to build relationships to work effectively with and through others
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and negotiate with clients and internal parties
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Required to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external partners.

Who are you?
As an Implementation Project Manager for Virgin Pulse, you are in an integral role in the organization which directly influences a client’s success. You will have primary responsibility for managing complex client projects that can include new implementations, expansion implementation, platform migrations, and any ad-hoc efforts requiring strong project management skills. In the role of Implementation Project Manager, your job will be to ensure clients are ready to go live by working directly with client contacts and third party partners as well as the assigned Account Manager. Every day you will utilize Virgin Pulse’s standard implementation methodology, processes, and tools.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges up to $110,000 annually. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
