Job Description

100% Remote, US Based.
Up to 10% travel as needed.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot HL7 configurations to match customer needs.
Configure XSL stylesheets and device-site assignments. • Configure modality receivers.
Perform project requirements for migrations and software installations.
Troubleshoot networking issues with device setups.
Import system configurations, such as user lists and order mnemonics.
Install and troubleshoot third-party tools.
Recommend and/or collaborate on technical configurations for customer workflow development. Apply patches as required for features.
Provide go-live prep and support.
Manage timelines, which are defined by Project Managers.
Attend any required project conference calls.
Deliver best practices to the project team.
Support Clinical Trainers for training and go-live needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience as a clinical application technical engineer with a solid understanding of clinical system interface development and clinical configuration preferred but not required.
Advanced XSL coding talent creating and editing XSL style sheets.
Experience with Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2, and 2016 Standard.
Must be familiar with access control lists, services, and group/local policies.
Strong knowledge of computer networking and related troubleshooting.
Must be able to diagnose a networking issue and coordinate solutions with a site's IT staff. Experience with HL7 configuration and testing is a plus.
Must understand basic 2.x message structure and workflow.
Must be familiar with IIS 7.x administration and troubleshooting a website installation. Experience with MySQL workbench and ad-hoc queries.

As an Implementation Specialist for Baxter under our Front-Line Care-Epiphany business unit you will provide implementation support for Cardio Server, our ECG Management Solution. This software utilizes the strengths of on premise and/or Cloud software solutions as they relate to interoperability of various products and EMR connectivity. We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $68,000 to $156,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
