      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Responsible for all aspects of converting a bank from one core/platform accounting system to SHAZAM Core Services systems.
      - Mapping of data, verification, workflow, procedures, process, G/L, loans, and deposits.
      - Collaboration with back office functions, teller operations, new account opening process, lending practices, report generation/customization, general ledger, and general community bank operations and workflow.
      - Coordination with ancillary banking product providers including but not limited to Online Banking, IVR, ATM, and Item Processing.
      - Documentation of product issues and collaboration with development/support for resolution.
      - Assist the Support Team on an ongoing basis as needed during post-conversion period.
      - Travel to customer sites for mapping sessions and implementation.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous bank conversion experience and/or backroom banking experience (internal operations/back room operations – DDA, GL, loans, teller) preferred.
      - Experience with SHAZAM Core Services or other core provider experience is a plus.
      - Excellent communication skills.
      - Ability to travel up to approximately 50% of the time depending on business needs, including overnight and weekend trips.
      - Demonstrated PC experience (Microsoft Office Professional).
      - Knowledge of IBM iSeries OS is a plus.
      - Basic computer OS (Windows) troubleshooting skills.
      - Experience with the use of a customer ticket tracking system preferred.
      - Ability to recognize problems and react quickly.
      - Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable work habits.
      - Highly motivated and committed to high standards/zero defect mindset.
      - Strong customer service skills.
      - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work overtime, and be "on call" as needed.
