What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Director of Implementation in various projects
- Lead implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and build internal processes for seamless integration with partners and vendors
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects
- Track process flow and update systems and teams as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Strong project management background
- Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in the ambulatory surgery space
- Proven ability to work across multiple departments towards common business goals
- Strong understanding of healthcare/payor systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and key stakeholders
