      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead new customers through implementations of the employer's solutions, ensuring effective payroll and HR business processes
      - Plan and review project timelines with customers to achieve deliverables and "go lives"
      - Escalate potential issues promptly to maintain implementation timelines
      - Deliver system training to prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency
      - Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the Payroll Implementation process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of functional business process experience in Payroll, including payroll tax experience
      - Experience with software implementation
      - Fluent in English
      - Strong technical understanding and capabilities
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
      - Attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach
      - Passion for customer satisfaction
      - Willingness to travel as required
