      New Client Implementation Specialist

      What We Need

      Corpay is currently looking to hire a New Client Implementation Specialist within our CLC division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of new CLC Lodging accounts by following CLC’s high-touch implementation process that involves training and new account management services. You will report directly to the Implementation & Client Services Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.

      How We Work

      As a New Client Implementation Specialist, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

      • Home office set up

      Role Responsibilities

      The responsibilities of the role will include:

      • Providing new account training and implementation services to new CLC accounts
      • Ensuring new accounts start successfully by delivering expert training and being passionate about the lodging management solutions CLC offers
      • Managing room night volume expectations through scheduled account performance reviews
      • Resolving new account concerns by problem-solving and delivering expert solutions
      • Maintaining new account plans and regularly reviewing these against established milestones and targets
      • Scheduling follow-up action items by tracking progress against deadlines

      Qualifications & Skills

      • Strong passion for delivering success
      • Self-motivated, results-driven with excellent people skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Ability to clearly articulate product knowledge with an inherent ability to think “outside of the box”
      • Strong relationship management skills
      • Creative and solution-centric individual who can readily match solutions to customer needs
      • Demonstrated understanding of CLC’s programs with the ability to clearly articulate program benefits to new clients
      • 1-2 years of previous sales, account training, and/or account management experience preferred
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
