  Job Description:

  The Customer Implementation (CI) Team ensures the seamless execution of customer orders after signing. This team collaborates closely with the Sales organization to bring the solutions outlined in customer contracts to life. After implementation, the CI team facilitates a smooth handoff to Flexential’s Support and Customer Success teams, ensuring that solutions continue to be well-supported and foster a strong ongoing customer relationship.
  
  The Implementation Supervisor role is an entry-level management position, responsible for delivering outcomes within Flexential’s Colocation and Interconnection portfolio.

  General Description:

  Success in this position will require an in-depth knowledge of Colocation and Interconnection services, as well as strong communication and project management skills. As a member of the Customer Implementation team, you will collaborate closely with various departments including Sales, Operations, Network Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support, so strong relationship building skills are important as well.

  As an Implementation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in directly and indirectly overseeing our clients' successful implementation of Colocation services. You will lead a team of Project Coordinators, ensuring that orders are executed efficiently, meet quality and project management standards, and are delivered on time. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and solutions.
  In this role, you will pursue people-leadership skills, which include supervising, upskilling/training, mentorship, resource allocation and management, conflict resolution, and frequent feedback.

  Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

  • Order Oversight: Manage a team of Project Coordinators and Senior Project Coordinators responsible for delivering Colocation & Interconnection services.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to ensure successful order execution, with a focus on skill development and career growth.
    • Assigns orders to Project Coordinators and suggests order assignments to Project Managers.
    • Serve as first-level escalation point for direct reports

  • Performance Management: Develop and maintain a high-performance team by setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and fostering professional growth and development.
    • Maintains low volume of various order types for development examples.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including Market Operations, Physical Security, Sales, Platform Engineering, and Product teams, to drive successful Colocation implementations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and communicate potential implementation process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance order efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.

  Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven history of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • In-depth knowledge of colocation and network solutions.
  • Experience working effectively within matrix organizations.
  • A "go-getter" attitude with a demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive results, and exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills with a knack for overcoming obstacles and finding creative solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuant of PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or People Leadership certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with Project Management Software
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with Smartsheet
  • Experience with Salesforce

  Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Moderate or advanced keyboard usage

  Base Pay Range:

  • Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be ($92,000 - $115,000). However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
