- You will be the central point of contact and escalation for in-country Implementation Support team members
- You will receive treasury service maintenance and account closing requests via Deal Manager or mailbox from client service in which there will be a need to raise a deal manager request.
- You need to ensure the delivery of maintenance activity to be completed within established service level agreements.
- You will reach out to Product Manager/Service to determine the risk rating and procedures of requests which are not on Risk Matrix.
- You will oversee inspections/audits of completed implementations
- You will check to ensure rush requests are processed with a sense of urgency, requests for clients identified on the Sensitive Client list are assigned to seasoned associates for processing, being modified of special processing requirements if indicated and "Unable to Offshore" client requests are assigned
- You will coordinate with the management team of any problems that negatively impacted a client.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent problem-solving skills in order to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues.

Job Summary
As an Implementation Specialist you will manage Client Requests for Treasury Service product modifications and deletions for Demand Deposit Account, International Demand Deposit Account and other account types across WHEM, EMEA, and APAC. You need to be transparent to the Client, who will continue to communicate requests to Sales, Service and/or Implementation Support.
As an Implementation Specialist you will document the request in Deal Manager and if there are any clarification/requirements needed. You will convey this to Service or Sales who will work with the client to complete such requisite for the request to be implemented.
