      Ensure products arrive to the correct locations timely, while certifying all safety regulations are met when moving between state/province/region/territory lines. Responsible for the accurate filing of Customer Profile entries.

      KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Manage, monitor, and maintain records on required documents; and resolve all issues to obtain customs clearance
      • Understand customer’s business, requirements, and exchange rate structure; issue invoices for services rendered and accrue costs in system
      • Review and update customer files
      • Support internal customer metrics
      • Serve as first point of contact to resolve customer/import/export issues

      ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Make recommendations to continuously improve processes and team efficiency
      • Train Import/Export Coordinators on policies, processes, and procedures

      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

      • 5 years’ Import/Export or Logistics experience; or combination of education and experience
      • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
      • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task and conflicting responsibilities
