  As an Electrician Improver, you will:

  • Read and comply with provided work instructions
  • Basic electrical theory
  • Identify cable discrepancies/ fix cable discrepancies
  • Install cable and band IAW specificiations
  • Install cable tags
  • Process cable to equipment
  • Understand electrical drawing / perforrm basic work IAW paragraph on the work items
  • Understanding expectations and the hours of installation

  Required Skills and Education

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to wear appropriate protective gear and use basic tools
  • Able to physically perform essential job duties with or without accommodations
  • Able to work at heights, in confined spaces and have the ability to climb staircases and ladders of varying sizes
  • Able to read, write and comprehend simple instructions
  • Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
  • Requires 2 years of electrical maintenance experience
