Job Description
- Req#: 625147WD
- Preparing pitches / proposals for deal sourcing,
- Deal execution:
- Collateral preparation (complex financial models for M&A and funding transactions, information memorandum, teasers, valuation using different valuation approaches such as relative valuation, DCF, replacement cost, etc.),
- Preparation of investor long and shortlists and outreach for marketing,
- Preparation of responses to investor queries during marketing and duediligence,
- Industry research for market sizing, competition landscape, research for trading and transaction comps, research for investor identification and outreach,
- Joining negotiation discussions on term sheets and documentation / deal closure.
- Preparation of engagement letters, assistance with internal administrative matters such as invoicing, approvals, etc.
- Participation in client and investor meetings and calls
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Ppt)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills
