- In Home Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Full Time or Part Time, Weekday Visits
- Springfield, MO and surrounding areas
- $25 - $35 Per Visit

- Motivational PHC culture, training, and Supportive In-Home Team
- Complete admission assessments and reassessments for In-Home caregiver population.
- Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population: Taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs.
- May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services
- Provide instruction/ education on medication
- Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
- Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MO
- Home Care experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
