What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional service to patients
- Arrange post-discharge appointments within 7-day protocol
- Create authorizations within 7-day protocol with accurate patient details
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple duties on multiple software
- Identify work priorities and respond promptly in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST with weekend rotation, including occasional overtime based on business need
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Experience with Microsoft software (EXCEL/TEAMS)
- Some knowledge in ICD-10 code
- Some knowledge in CPT code
