      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional service to patients by arranging post-discharge appointments and creating authorizations
      - Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple duties on various software platforms
      - Exhibit superior patient service through high-level critical thinking and problem-solving
      - Identify opportunities for process improvement and adhere to departmental procedures
      - Protect and disclose patient information in accordance with HIPAA standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - 1+ years of customer service experience
      - Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for shift schedules and occasional overtime

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of call center experience
      - Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
      - Knowledgeable in ICD-10 and CPT codes
