- Req#: REF258375M
- Liaise with CoC for all new product release for packaging and provide customer / vendor requirements to CoC.
- Implement packaging density improvement projects Optimize packaging to reduce CO2 impact in transportation and packaging.
- Ensure waste elimination in packaging leading to cost reduction
- Implement processes and methods for safe movement and storage of Raw materials and Finished goods. Develop competency with LSP on handling of product Support packing design development with FMEA
- Manage commercial processes to be legally compliant with Internal guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) central directives and external laws namely Foreign trade Customs and taxation laws.
- Liaise with stakeholders for timely claim settlement
- Report and act on blocked stocks, organize for liquidation of blocked stocks and SLED.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or allied branches) or bachelor degree in packaging and design
- 2+ years work experience in product packaging
- Advanced Knowledge on Packaging material and design.
- Advanced Knowledge on latest IT tools, SAP, Pack-IT.
- Advanced knowledge on packing processes and cost involved.
- Advanced knowledge on transportation mode and cost involved
- Working knowledge on quality tools like FMEA, control plan, 8D
- Basic knowledge on claim management domestic and international
- Competent packaging material testing specification and method of testing
- Competent in working in teams and effective collaboration
- Competent communication skills
- Competent conflicts resolution & risk management skills, team building & Collaboration

The purpose of this position is to validate and approve packing design and concept for raw materials, manufactured parts and finished goods. Also, to notify logistics quality incidents, to conduct line walk for L-FMEA and control plan and to ensure complete recovery through claim process including insurance claim.
